  19.  1.  No information or conversation shall be posted which could be
  20.      construed to imply or involve any illegal activities by
  21.      participants of this conference.
  22.  2.  Minimal censorship is utilitized in this forum; users are
  23.      encouraged to freely express themselves within the boundaries
  24.      of "good taste" and as necessary to prove their point. If you
  25.      have a problem with a user's method of expression, it is
  26.      suggested you politely discuss this with the appropriate
  27.      individual.  If this does not resolve the problem and a
  28.      particular individual's responses are becoming disruptive, net-
  29.      mail the moderator and he will consider the complaint. If all
  30.      else fails, participants can choose to take action via a
  31.      consensus of opinion - if a majority of active users online
  32.      (not all from one system) concurr, then action will be taken by
  33.      the moderator to remove the disruptive influences, otherwise it
  34.      should be assumed that the users online will maintain the
  35.      standards of communication within this forum. The only
  36.      exception to this rule involves the moderator's opinion which
  37.      takes precedence, however this option will be rarely invoked,
  38.      if ever.
  39.  3.  These rules are open for discussion among participants.
  40.      Guidlines may be added or dropped as a result of future
  41.      discussion and moderator approval.
  42.  4.  This forum has no strict topical requirements.  You can discuss
  43.      just about anything which is not illegal.  Personal flaming may
  44.      be tolerated if there is some sort of purpose, however personal
  45.      information posted about an individual who is online without
  46.      his permission will be strictly taboo.
  47.  5.  Aliases are permitted in this forum but it is recommended that
  48.      you use your real name.  Your opinions will have more
  49.      credibility if you don't have to hide behind a pseudonym.
  50.  6.  Being unfairly treated or characterized is not a reason for a
  51.      complaint - it's called 'life.'  Be prepared to defend yourself
  52.      and your platform if you make bold statements.  May <insert
  53.      personal diety here> have mercy on you if you start levelling
  54.      sweeping generalizations; the moderator won't protect you (and
  55.      the moderator isn't immune either).
  56.  7.  No commercial advertisements of any kind are allowed without
  57.      prior approval of the moderator.  If you want to have your feed
  58.      cut real quickly, post an add for a 900-number or MLM gimmick.
